How it all works

  1. Enquire online by clicking ‘Enrol’

  2. We will respond with an email link for you to book in for a visit for either a:

  3. After your visit, we will be able to offer you our available days and times for you to choose from.

  4. Your booking will be confirmed by email, and this will also be visible in your customer portal.

  5. Your weekly lessons will commence on your agreed start date, and you will have the same enrolment details until either:

    • Your swimmer progresses to the next level and we are unable to accomodate the same time, in which we will notify you

    • You contact us to make a change, or cancel

    Please note:

    Your invoice will include either:

    • Once off Membership Joining Fee + Term Fees

    • Once off Membership Joining Fee + Partial Term Fees (if you are starting part was into the term)

    Streamline closes during the Christmas/New Year break, however lessons continue through the school holidays (April, July, October), and your enrolment will automatically roll over into the new term, and new year.

Important Information

Perpetual Bookings:

A yearly schedule means your swimmers are booked in indefinitely, and your swimmer will automatically be booked into the following term unless you tell us otherwise. We continue lessons through the school holidays, stopping only in December and January for the summer school holidays. Your child will stay in the same lesson (day and time) unless you request a change or your child goes up a level and we are unable to accommodate the change in their current time slot.

Flexible payment options:

While we prefer for the terms fees to be paid at the beginning of the term we understand that this can be difficult so we ask that at lest 50% of your swimming fees are paid in the first week of term and that the remainder is paid off over the following 5 weeks. We may also consider other payment arrangements should you wish to discuss this with the admin team.

Cancelling lessons:

You need to provide a least 2 weeks’ notice should you wish to not continue lessons into the next term. An invoice will be sent out to remind you of your booking 3 - 4 weeks before the end of term, this is the time to let us know you wish to cease lessons.

If you wish to cancel lessons part way through the term we require 2 weeks notice. In this case, you will not be able to receive a refund, you will however receive a credit on your account redeemable for Streamline services only.

Make Up Lessons

Our flexible makeup lesson policy allows a makeup to be offered for any reason for absence.

Makeup lessons are available:

  • To customers who have marked their swimmers absent using the customer portal at least 60 minutes before the class takes place in order to be allocated a makeup lesson.

  • To customers who have a $0.00 balance on their account.

  • Makeup lessons must be booked using the customer portal; Streamline will not process any makeup lesson requests by email.

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of the non-attended lesson to use the makeup or it will automatically expire.

  • Customers can book up to 2x makeup lessons per term.

  • Makeup lessons cannot be changed once they have been scheduled.

Makeup lessons have the following details:

  • Additional makeup lessons will not be allocated for a non-attendance of a makeup lesson.

  • If you no longer have an active enrolment, you forgo any makeup lessons.

  • Credit is not available as an alternative, unless in the event of major illness or serious injury (in which case you would notify Streamline by email).

Levels, ratios and schedule
