Customer Portal

Choose "Register your family account". Use your Streamline email and make a password. Pick "email" for verification. Receive a confirmation email, set your password, then finish registration.

The customer portal currently allows members to;

  • view and update your family details

  • view your students enrolment details and skills

  • view temporary teacher replacement

  • view your family account balance

  • make payments

  • notify absences - (to notify an absence open the parent portal click into each swimmer's profile and select the appropriate day and click on the "change" button to notify them as absent.)

  • secure make up lessons

  • send Streamline a message

  • download certificates

We appreciate our Streamline whanau making use of the customer portal, especially to notify absences.  This will support our administration team in keeping your account updated and reduce the number of emails, texts and phone calls we receive on a daily basis.
